Which platforms do you manage?

Our Social Media Management services are Instagram-first, with cross-posting to Facebook included.
Instagram currently offers the strongest organic reach, brand storytelling and conversion opportunities for service-based businesses. Facebook page maintenance and monitoring are included as a supporting channel.
Additional platforms (such as TikTok) may be discussed where appropriate and aligned with your business goals. This is considered where the business has the capacity to support a separate TikTok strategy and content approach, or where extended cross-posting is required.

Do you offer smaller packages or less frequent posting?

No. We do not offer Social Media Management packages below our Basic Tier, as this represents the minimum level of consistency required to achieve meaningful results.

Lower frequency posting often leads to fragmented direction and limited impact, which does not align with our standards or approach.

Can I review and approve content before it’s published?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All content is planned and approved in advance.

You’ll receive a pre-approved feed plan prior to publishing, allowing you to review the direction, messaging and visuals. This ensures everything aligns with your brand while keeping the posting process efficient and consistent.

Do you provide reporting or track performance?

Accepted Answer

Formal reporting is not included as a standard feature.

We do not encourage success to be measured purely through vanity metrics, as these are not always a reliable indicator of business performance, particularly in organic social media.

Instead, strategy guidance, content refinement and performance-informed adjustments are built into the ongoing management process.
Clients are encouraged to track internal performance indicators such as:
 • enquiry and booking behaviour
 • demand for specific services
 • periods of over or under-booking
 • revenue stability or growth across content cycles

Formal reporting can be discussed as an optional add-on if required.

Strategic consultations, advisory sessions or additional support outside of day to day management inclusions can be requested separately and scoped based on your needs.

Social Media Management focuses on the ongoing execution of your content and platforms - planning, creating, publishing and maintaining consistency across your social presence.
Strategy and consulting, on the other hand, involve dedicated time for analysis, business direction, decision-making and advisory support beyond day to day content execution.

While strategic thinking informs everything we do, formal strategy sessions, consulting calls or business advisory support are not included in Social Media Management and may be requested separately if required.

This structure ensures management remains efficient and execution-led, while allowing clients to opt into deeper strategic support when and if they need it.

Do you work with new or start-up businesses?
