CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

CURE HQ RECOVERY | Since May 2023

We were approached by Cure HQ Recovery after they had already tried working with two Social Media Agencies.

 

This made us their third attempt, and they were hesitant to trust another business to effectively manage their Social Media presence.

 

In order to alleviate their fears and concerns, we agreed to a 4-week trial period with no further commitments or obligations. This gave Cure HQ Recovery the opportunity to gain trust in our abilities and restore their faith in Social Media Agencies.

 

To kick things off, we scheduled a content day to capture everything we needed to get us started. We created content that could be used for promoted posts/Ads, introduced new offers, highlighted the Unique Selling Points, educated the audience about the services and their benefits, while incorporating User Generated Content - to name a few.

The Instagram account began gaining significant traction and has seen a growth of over 2,000 followers since we took over. Our focus however, is not on these vanity metrics, they simply pose as a bonus to our Management. 
 

Previously, the posts were focused on sales and the value per visit, lacking any connection with the audience and solely focusing on hard selling.

After completing the 4 week trial, Cure HQ Recovery has continued working with us on an ongoing basis.

BROWS BY SASHA | Since June 23

Sasha approached us when she was experiencing a stagnant period in her business, she was lacking motivation but knew the importance of a strong social media presence. 

 

Sasha's goal was to increase her income and fully book her schedule for weeks in advance with Brow Tattooing clients. This however, was not achievable with the initial instagram presence and clientele wanting to fill her books with mostly ‘low-ticket’ items.

 

So what did we do? We assisted Sasha with a complete rebrand, and tailored an instagram strategy to assess where her business is currently at, conducting industry research and generated content ideas. We introduced her new branding and identified Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

 

Instantly, we started gaining organic traction and momentum.

 

Not only did we launch a rebrand, but we also revamped the overall look and feel of her Instagram feed. We incorporated informative infographics, captured action shots of Sasha, including professional headshots, different angles, and close-ups. We moved away from solely relying on before-and-after photos.

 

We became active on the stories and created content that focused on engagement, including tips, and quizzes. This not only educated her audience but also provided valuable insights into any hesitations surrounding booking her high-ticket service: Brow Tattooing. This understanding allowed us to create content that addressed those concerns and shifted perspectives.

 

But our efforts didn't stop there. We supported Sasha in removing low-ticket items that held her back from her businesses true potential, implemented price increases strategically, and ceased sharing content relating to low-ticket items.

 

To further enhance Sasha's online presence, we also designed and developed a brand-NEW user-friendly website, featuring all content created by Evolving Empires.

After completing the initial 3-month minimum term, Brows By Sasha has continued working with us on an ongoing basis.

LYLA CLINIC | May 23 - March 24

LYLA Clinic approached us during the build stages of their aesthetics clinic situated in Hawthorn. They had a clear vision, branding, and brand guidelines, as well as an extensive range of services and treatments that needed to be showcased strategically to gain brand and business awareness. Recognising the significance of Social Media, they sought our assistance in establishing their online presence.

 

At the beginning, we faced a lack of content available due to the clinic being under construction for the first three months. Therefore, we utilised renders from the architect's mock-up and engaged with our existing followers by offering them exclusive access to behind-the-scenes footage of the construction and the clinic's activities. We emphasised the use of on-brand graphics, skilfully designed by us, and incorporated relevant stock imagery.

 

Building this account from scratch was no easy feat. It required investing in ads and allocating a marketing budget. Relying solely on organic growth in Social Media would not have allowed the account to progress as quickly as it has.

 

We devised a tailored launch strategy and implemented various initiatives such as exclusive launch specials, a giveaway, and more.

After completing the initial 3-month minimum contract, LYLA Clinic decided to continue working with us on an ongoing basis for a further 7 months. We wish LYLA Clinic all the best for their future of business and social media success.
